Celebrating Holidays and Festivals

I am a spiritual person. I express my spirituality as a Shaliach Tzibur and educator of Jewish music, customs, rituals, and sacred texts. Celebrating the holidays and festivals anchor these expressions in concrete actions that connect Jews around the world and throughout time. From my earliest memories with family, to my time with the Israeli youth Zionist group, B’nai Akivah, to serving as Cantor and then Cantor Emeritus, the holidays and festivals have given me my happiest and most satisfying memories.
